Being a chef, the hospitality industry has been a big part of my life, so for me I think it’s important to give something back to the industry that has given me so much. I wanted to create this program, in partnership with Sydney TAFE and Australia’s industry leaders, to help educate and support our young up-and-coming chefs and hospitality students.

From how we seek new talent to how we train and inspire them, we believe hospitality isn’t just a part time job but a rewarding and varied career path.

The inspired series is expanding nationally with the focus on inspiring, educating, enabling entrepreneurship, leadership and knowledge throughout the next generation of the hospitality industry.

We will be holding Q&A style events talking to young chefs and hospitality students from TAFE, hospitality training institutes and secondary Colleges across Australia and visiting schools to meet with students to make them aware of opportunities available to them within hospitality and the wide range of hospitality courses available to them and also ultimately promote commercial cookery as sustainable and admirable career choice.
